BioPass ID is a software that provides multi-biometric and artificial intelligence technology as a Software as a Service (SaaS) for desktop and mobile devices, developed by Vsoft Informática LTDA. (hereinafter referred to as "VSOFT"), a leading technology company in people identification solutions and process certification for the digital transformation of your business.

Collection and processing of personal data

The following personal data will be directly entered on the website by the data subject:

1. Contact form - main website: full name, email, and optional phone number, with consent (Art. 7, V of Law No. 13,709/2018).
2. Custom plan request form - hiring panel: first name, last name, email, job position, phone number, and company name, according to Art. 7, V of Law No. 13,709/2018.
3. Demo request form: full name, email, and company name, according to Art. 7, V of Law No. 13,709/2018.
4. Customer portal - registration: full name, email, and password, according to Art. 7, V of Law No. 13,709/2018.
5. Ticket opening: requester's email, according to Art. 7, V of Law No. 13,709/2018.

No sensitive personal data listed in Art. 5, II of Law No. 13,709/2018 will be collected.

If the data subject sends other personal data through the "subject" or "message" field, these will be covered by the legal basis provided for the respective form or by consent, according to Art. 7, I of Law No. 13,709/2018.

Storage is done on a contracted cloud server provided by Pipedrive, located in California, USA, adhering to the highest levels of security and protection.

Regarding data from 2. Custom plan request form - hiring panel, they will be stored only for as long as they are useful for their intended purpose or until you request their deletion through a specific channel (privacidade@vsoft.com.br). Storage is done on a contracted cloud server provided by Pipedrive, located in California, USA, as well as on a contracted cloud server provided by Bubble to Amazon Web Services (AWS), located in the United States, adhering to the highest levels of security and protection.

As for data from 3. Demo request form, they are stored for the duration specified in the executed contract or as long as there is a legal obligation to retain them, on a server contracted by Bubble to Amazon Web Services (AWS), located in the United States, adhering to the highest levels of security and protection.

Data from 4. Customer portal - registration is stored for the duration specified in the executed contract or as long as there is a legal obligation to retain them, on a server contracted by Freshdesk, located in the United States, Europe, India, and Australia, adhering to the highest levels of security and protection.

Regarding data from 5. Ticket opening, they are stored for the duration specified in the executed contract or as long as there is a legal obligation to retain them, on a server contracted by Freshdesk, located in the United States, Europe, India, and Australia, adhering to the highest levels of security and protection.

Cookie data is stored for the duration specified in the Cookie Policy, on a cloud server provided by Google Analytics, ensuring the highest levels of security and protection.

Data sharing with third parties

VSOFT may share your personal data with Regulatory Agencies, Auditing Companies, and other official authorities or organizations, for the purpose of complying with applicable laws or legal demands.

When sharing data with third parties, only the necessary data for carrying out the activities will be shared, in accordance with safeguards and best practices, complying with all national and international legislation, if applicable.

How do Vsoft employees handle the collected personal data?

With a strong commitment to the security of your personal data, VSOFT, as the developer and controller of BioPass ID, continuously trains all its employees. Additionally, the use of this data is restricted to essential staff for resolving the matter, with access and use control (login and password).

Furthermore, user browsing data is utilized by artificial intelligence algorithms without individual user identification. Therefore, VSOFT employees and collaborators do not have access to or perform any analysis on browsing data.

Information security

All collected information is stored and processed within an environment of maximum security. The entire environment is encrypted, password-protected, and accessed only by designated employees (identified by login and password).

Access to any of the aforementioned databases is done using passwords and with individuals responsible for each of the information storage and processing platforms.

Rights of the data subject

The user has the right to access, confirm, correct, update, delete, and transfer the personal information held by the website, in accordance with Law No. 12,965/2014 (Internet Civil Rights) and Law No. 13,709/2018 (General Data Protection Law), by contacting the Data Protection Officer (DPO) via email at privacidade@vsoft.com.br.

This Privacy Notice is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from this document will be resolved by the court of João Pessoa, State of Paraíba, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other, no matter how privileged it may be or become.
